This recipe is special because I like to eat Kebabs and my family members also like to eat Kebabs ,It is a category of Barbeque recipe and I love to cook Kebabs.
METHOD:
Put all ingredients in mince and mix well .Keep this mixture aside for 3 hours.
If you want to cook the Kebabs in an oven, then shape them like Koftas and then flatten them.
Place Kebabs in a baking dish and brush them with oil. keep them in the oven to bake them. If you wanted to grill them over charcoals, then shape Kebabs around skewers.
Put the skewers over hot charcoals; when Kebabs change color, turn them around and brush them with a little Oil. When the Kebabs are properly grilled, take them off flame. Garnish with mint leaves and green chills before serving.

Crush black paper 1 tsp
